Eligible Refund Reasons
We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply within 14 days of your purchase:
- The application fails to install or launch on your supported system
- Core functionality does not work as described on our website
- A critical bug prevents you from using the software and we are unable to resolve it
- Accidental or duplicate purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind after 14 days — please evaluate the software within the refund window
- Third-party platform changes — if Grok, Higgsfield, or Digen change their platforms in ways that affect GenCatalog's extension, this is outside our control (though we actively maintain compatibility)
- Unsupported systems — GenCatalog supports macOS 10.15+ (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10+. Please verify system compatibility before purchasing.
Revocation of License
Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You should uninstall GenCatalog and the Chrome extension from your devices.
